Most of you know by now.. Three years after joining.. I have started my journey on twitter. I may only have a handful of followers.. but this isn’t a popularity contest for me. I am starting to appreciate and enjoy instant communication.. Especially when the feed automatically updates right on my website. I can’t say the same for FACEBOOK. Though, my facebook has caused me a lawsuit, and my data (and yours) has been stolen twice. I can humbly say that I REGRET joining facebook. I also REGRET instagram. In the future, I don’t think I will feel that way about twitter.
I want to talk about impressions..
Yeah, even with just a handful of “followers” my tweets get thousands, and thousands of impressions.. So what is an “impression"? Well, it means someone read it, or at least saw it. So what does this mean for King Craig James? Well.. Thousands of views I wouldn't of had otherwise. That means people are instantly exposed to the brand, website, and radio show. So what’s my impression? Twitter.. Is good for business. Followers or not.
My account was created sometime in 2016, and I have left it pretty much with nothing the whole time. However, I have recently been inspired to start posting “tweets”. It’s no secret that I enjoy reading what my FAVORITES have to say. I figured it’s time to JOIN in on the conversation. So I am putting this out there. If you want to FOLLOW me. You are welcome to. However, be prepared for my funny, inspiring, and controversial “tweets”.
If you choose NOT to follow me.. Great. I don’t mind. Like I said before, I am not in it for “followers” anyways. I have plenty of “followers” on my website. How do I know? Well.. It’s called “Analytics”. This enables me to see how many people are checking it out, listening, subscribing, and viewing my content. How many? Well.. Let’s just say Hundreds of Thousands. I hope someday to say “Millions” or even “Billions” but that’s just not how it works. Success is not instantaneous. Think of it like this. Music is a lottery ticket, Blogs are a lottery ticket, Radio is a lottery ticket, and Merchandise is a lottery ticket. Combining each stream of revenue, and impressions will eventually lead to the “Jackpot”.
People who know me well.. Know this.. I am oblivious to fortune, and fame. I don’t care about it, and I never will. It’s not about “fortune or fame” it’s about greatness. Jacqueline said it herself.. “This brand brings out the best in people” and that’s what it’s intentions were from day 1. I think it’s brought out the best in me. When I am without it. I am at my worst. So with that being said.. Let’s do some tweeting!
